Easy to use, added features

Wait less and print more with first print speed of 5 seconds and continuous 40 pages per minute. Print a variety of work including promotional material on thicker paper that is up to 162 g/m2 . Access and share documents easily by downloading the Ricoh Smart Device Connector App to connect your mobile device, with AirPrint and or Mopria. Scan paper documents and send or email them as PDFs. Print 3,000 documents on demand from the document server for easy access.

When information needs to stay safe

Simple steps can improve the integrity of company and customer information. Use Locked Print to only release print jobs when they are released with user authentication or a pass code. Ricoh’s enhanced security features provide data encryption at a hard drive level and Department of Defence standard hard drive overwriting capabilities. Add an embedded watermark to documents to limit unauthorised use.
