Technology that powers your workday

We were impressed by Ricoh’s significant experience in the digitisation of workflows and the comprehensive set of tools and technologies that made such changes possible. They took time to understand our challenges and design a solution that matched our particular requirements. The project has really been a gamechanger for us.

Whether people are presenting to others in the same room or connecting with participants in multiple remote locations, we needed a solution that was intuitive to use and always reliable. We know that, with Ricoh as a technology partner, we can continue to expand our meeting and collaboration capabilities as our requirements grow. The value that this project has delivered to our organisation has been profound.

Our journey with Ricoh has been one of genuine partnership and growth. When we first engaged with Ricoh, our needs were simple. As an accounting firm looking to move toward a paperless environment, we needed a robust scanning solution as well as basic printing facilities. From the outset, the Ricoh team delivered solutions that were efficient, dependable and suited to our business. As our firm has expanded and we looked to moving to a bigger workspace, the Ricoh team took the time to understand our vision for a more connected, collaborative space and provided expert guidance and a solution that was tailored to our needs. Throughout the process, the team at Ricoh were always responsive and showed a genuine commitment to helping our business success.
