When information needs to stay safe

Simple steps can improve the integrity of company and customer information. Use Locked Print to only release print jobs when they are released with user authentication or a pass code. Data is encrypted and then overwritten when using the optional hard drive. Add an embedded watermark to documents to keep check on unauthorised use.
