UCS P3500M Portable video conferencing system

  • 60-second start-up time
  • 1,280 x 800 pixels video
  • Supports UCS Advanced
  • Easily accessible for unlimited remote locations

Video conferencing equipment lets people see what you have to say

Expand your audience. Use the UCS P3500M Unified Communication System to share your message virtually with audiences in locations across the globe. The cloud-based endpoint system is WebRTC compatible, so participants can join the meeting using their own browser-based videoconferencing system - without investing in new hardware, utilities or plug-ins.

  1. Online meetings expand your audience, not your budget
Because web conferencing is browser-based, participants are free to join the meeting from anywhere - including conference rooms, home offices or even coffee shops. Connect groups of participants in remote locations and communicate like everyone was in the same room.
  2. Portable videoconferencing equipment sets up a meeting on the spot
Stay in touch, even when on the move. Avoid juggling schedules while you wait for video conferencing room availability in your office. Pack the integrated camera, microphone and speakers into the compact, laptop-sized case and carry the portable UCS P3500M video conferencing equipment with you to turn any location into your own video conference room.
  3. Keep your audience engaged
See your visuals clearly on any screen with up to 1280 x 800 dpi resolution and an output rate of 30 frames per second, for smoother action with less lag. With the 125-degree camera angle, nearly everybody in the room is visible. Use the zoom option to focus in on individual speakers. The high-quality microphone minimizes distractions by masking most non-stationary noises, including the tapping of pens and keyboards. Take advantage of dynamic media control to adjust images automatically and eliminate interruptions when your bandwidth is low.
  4. Deliver more information more ways
Use a wide range of our devices to enhance your next meeting. Pair the UCS P3500M with a Ricoh Interactive Whiteboard to share meeting notes in real time. Or, use a Ricoh Projection System to showcase a presentation for the entire group

Make an immediate connection with a wider audience

Share information with multiple groups, multiple ways. When you have a lot of information. Pair the UCS P3500M with other Ricoh systems to share it in the formats your audience prefers. Want to take notes during the meeting? Use the UCS with a Ricoh Interactive Whiteboard and zoom in on key information for your viewing audience. Need to share a video or diagram? Project it on the wall with a Ricoh Projection System and use the UCS P3500M camera to let remote attendees see it for themselves. Or, you can have participants access documents and presentations discussed during the meeting on their PC or Mac. Each innovative system is designed specifically to simplify the way you move information, so key decision-makers can make faster, more informed decisions.
