Ricoh’s response to additional measures announced by Federal and State governments to combat the spread of coronavirus

Having assessed the Federal and State government’s verbal and written announcements, and based on the situation as it stands today, Ricoh will remain fully open for business. Having implemented our business continuity plans we are able to service our customers with minimal disruption whilst ensuring our employees safety and well-being during this pandemic. 

Ricoh will continue to support its customers by providing products and services that are vital in keeping Australia’s essential services running. In the measures announced on 22 March 2020, freight and transport are classified as essential services, and our freight and delivery partners have assured Ricoh that it is business as usual for them currently.
