Hybrid Workplace Customer Survey Trade Promotion Terms & Conditions
- The promoter is Ricoh Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 30 000 593 171).
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18+.
- To enter, participants must complete the survey in full during the promotional period.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- The promotion commences on 9 December 2025 at 9:00am and closes and closes on 18th December 2025 at 11:59pm AEST.
- Five winners will be drawn at random on 19th December 2025 at 10:00am AEST at 2 Richardson Place, North Ryde NSW 2113.
- Each winner will receive one Christmas hamper valued at $100 (total prize pool $500).
- Winners will be notified via email or phone on 19th December 2025.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the prize may be redrawn.
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
- Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and for improving Ricoh’s services and will be handled in accordance with Ricoh Australia’s Privacy Policy.
- This promotion is conducted in accordance with relevant Australian State and Territory laws for trade promotions. No permits are required.
