Facing challenges managing a surging number of paper-based labour-intensive administrative processes, senior management recognised a need for change.
Marymede Catholic College sought simpler enrolment systems and more convenient submission processes. By transitioning to a digital platform, they aimed to streamline administrative tasks, reduce errors, and improve the overall experience for parents, teachers, and students.

The Objectives

The project has really been a gamechanger for us,” said Suresh. “The combination of process management bot technology allows the new system to generate automated email updates to parents, automate interview scheduling for successful applicants, and create online forms for interview notes.
