Ricoh earns Gold Partner certification with leading application delivery vendor, F5
SYDNEY, 14 September - Ricoh is pleased to announce it has achieved Gold Unity Partner certification with F5, the market leader in application delivery. The partnership also sees Ricoh appointed as one of F5’s first partners to the F5® Unity® Partner Support Program.
Ricoh’s technical and sales teams now have the certification to provide partner and customer support at Levels 1 and 2 – known as Ricoh NetSupport for F5 – from its 24x7 network operation centre.
The partnership is the latest in a growing list of strategic partnerships that Ricoh has formed with leading vendors as it expands to become a true, end-to-end IT services provider.
Matt Dixon, Head of IT Services, Ricoh Australia said, “Ricoh is committed to working with customers to simplify and streamline their increasingly complex IT ecosystems. Strategic partnerships with leading technology vendors enable Ricoh to complement its own solutions, regardless of scale and breadth, to deliver complete workplace technology solutions that drive significant productivity and cost savings.
“Achieving Gold Partner status with F5 strengthens Ricoh’s offerings in managed IT services to deliver more flexible and integrated solutions to its customers.
“Ricoh customers will benefit from streamlined servicing of their F5 infrastructure and improved network management. The partnership also provides Ricoh with more competitive pricing structures that we can then bring to our customers.”
Rob Malkin, Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand at F5 said, “We are delighted to welcome Ricoh to the F5 Unity Partner Program. This alliance is part of F5’s continued investment in world class partners that are excelling in the optimisation of F5 solutions. The success of our partners means a positive experience for customers, enabling them to achieve maximum results on their investment in F5 solutions.”
Ricoh became an Authorised Partner of F5 Networks four years ago and has since rolled out F5 Networks solutions with industry leaders in the travel, banking and retail industries.
