Ricoh Australia Named SigniFlow’s Service Delivery Partner for NSW Government eSignature Requirements

Sydney, 6th December – RICOH, a leading provider of smart workplace technology, today announced it has been appointed as SigniFlow’s ‘partner of choice’ and specialist digital services provider to enable rapid deployment of SigniFlow eSignature solutions to the NSW Government.

Digital signature software vendor SigniFlow was appointed as a preferred supplier of electronic signature services by the NSW Department of Customer Services (DCS), signing a three-year Head Agreement with two one-year extension options. The services will be used in document execution and digitalisation of agreements and transactions to NSW Government agencies.

The DCS is comprised of several entities, divisions and business units, including Office of the Secretary, Better Regulation, Corporate Services, Digital. NSW, Revenue NSW, Customer, Delivery & Transformation, Service NSW and State Insurance Regulatory Authority.
