Ricoh publishes the Ricoh Group Integrated Report 2021

TOKYO, October 27, 2021 – Ricoh Company, Ltd. announces the English language version of the Ricoh Group Integrated Report 2021, which provides an informative overview of the Ricoh Group's value creation endeavors to all stakeholders, including shareholders and investors.

   Ricoh Group’s Value Creation Process

This report aims to deepen understanding of Ricoh Group efforts to increase long-term corporate value by disclosing management policies and financial and ESG information.
By 2025, Ricoh strives to become a digital services company that connects workplaces and supports workers' creativity. This year’s report presents medium- to long-term value creation processes and initiatives and examples of how Ricoh will achieve that goal.
This year, Ricoh reinforced its comprehensive ESG disclosure through this report, ESG Data Book, corporate website, and newly added TCFD Report. Ricoh seeks to gain stakeholder understanding and support about various aspects of our corporate activities while leveraging feedback to enhance our operations and corporate value.
