Andy Berry appointed Managing Director of Ricoh Australia
SYDNEY, 17 February 2017 - Ricoh, a workplace technology provider today announced the appointment of Andy Berry as Managing Director of Ricoh Australia, based in Sydney. In this role, Berry will be responsible for driving Ricoh’s transformational strategy and ensuring Ricoh’s operations are aligned with the global strategy in the Australian market.
Berry joins Ricoh Australia with more than 25 years’ experience in the information technology sector within organisations including Fuji Xerox and Xerox Europe where he led both the print hardware and software business as well as Business Process Outsourcing divisions. He ended his time at Fuji Xerox Australia as Chief Customer Officer and also held positions as an Executive Director, as Head of Sales, Marketing and Professional Services and Head of Global Services.
Berry was most recently Managing Principal of Trivium Solutions and Principal Consultant with Second Road. Applying a contemporary design thinking approach to big questions of strategy, he worked with Australian blue chip business leaders and small company owners to help them choose where to play and how to win, with a particular focus on enterprise strategy, go-to-market approach, cultural transformation and leadership effectiveness.

Berry has actively supported United Way Australia for several years and is currently a Non-Executive Director of the charity as well as Chairman of its Sydney Council. In addition, he is also a teaching faculty member of The School of Life Australia.
Berry replaces John Hall who retired last month.
