ScanRouter™ V2 

ScanRouter™ V2 Professional software serves as a digital document delivery system that can scan printed documents, photos, schematic and handwritten reports to create digital files that can be electronically transmitted over your network. ScanRouter™ also functions as a network scanner and electronic inbound fax routing system.

ScanRouter™ V2 Professional software loads on to a server PC and directly interfaces with your Multifunctional Device (MFD), network scanner and Internet fax. Your network administrator can create and modify system settings at the ScanRouter™ Professional station, where the personal in-trays of all registered users are located.

Scanning and distributing documents will be as easy as sending a fax, making a copy or sending e-mail. All the operations for scanning and distributing are accessed with one trip to the MFP.

ScanRouter™ V2 Professional can:

• Manage your incoming faxes electronically allowing you to print only the faxes you need.
• Provide a Web Document Viewer, enabling your staff to view and manage images scanned with ScanRouter™ Professional. In addition, Web Document Viewer makes it easy to share or manually download fax communications and scanned documents.

ScanRouter™ Link

ScanRouter™ Link can be installed on a clients PC to enable your staff to download and automatically receive documents from their personal in-tray on the ScanRouter™ V2 Professional station.
