Ricoh Snaps up Gold Partner Program

From 1 July Ricoh are officially members of Snap Franchising Limited’s Gold Partner Program.  Through this new partnership, Snap Franchises will have access to Ricoh’s range of innovative production hardware and software products as well as Ricoh’s national service and maintenance team of over 500 manufacturer-trained technicians.
“This is a natural progression of the partnership between both Ricoh and Snap, whose business directives are strategically attuned with one another,” said Kathy Wilson, General Manager, Business Solutions & Production for Ricoh Australia.
“This partnership is an exciting development for Ricoh’s relationship with Snap and their franchises”, said Wilson. “This year alone we have seen Ricoh’s production and solutions range expand significantly, combine this with Ricoh’s extensive national service and support and Ricoh will be an invaluable resource for Snap franchises across the country.”
Ricoh recently announced three new additions to their colour production range, the light production Pro C751 series, which will take their colour production hardware offering to a new level. “The announcement of the Pro C751 series shows Ricoh’s progression in the production market. With new solutions continuously being developed by Ricoh to complement our hardware offerings, we are known to be extremely competitive in this market,” said Wilson.
