Social Contribution

We believe it is our responsibility as corporate citizens to contribute to society. Our social contribution programs are not merely philanthropic, they are an integral part of the way we conduct business.

At Ricoh we foster a culture of volunteering, opportunities for staff to be involved in the various volunteering activities Ricoh undertakes are introduced to new staff as part of our induction program.

Through our volunteer programs such as Arranounbai School, we are building a relationship with the school at large, whilst increasing our staff awareness and understanding of living with a disability and assisting these very special students by providing them with additional stimulation, structured experiences and fun.

Our social contribution is underpinned by our policy of “Harmonising with Society” and the belief we are enriched by our continual involvement with society at large.
